Often I am asked what I give my time to, and amongst other things, one of my main pastimes is working with textiles. Through patchwork and quilting, and using quality fabrics, I love to make wallhangings and gifts.

Inspiration comes from a variety of sources; nature, my garden, and thoughts that come through my Christian faith. Generally a piece will therefore have a story to tell which gives a depth to my work. I make my pieces for others to enjoy. The use of colour is important to me and sometimes techniques such as felt making, applique, or embroidery play a part in interpreting the design.
